At 9 am, you'll be picked up from your hotel to embark on a captivating city tour of both old and new Delhi. From Mughal monuments such as the Red Fort, Jama Masjid, and Rajghat - the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi - to iconic landmarks like India Gate, President's House, and Government Secretariat representing British architecture; explore it all! Don't miss out on visiting the serene Lotus Temple or 12th-century masterpiece Qutub Minar either. By 6 pm you will return to your hotel with an array of awe-inspiring experiences that are sure to stay with you forever.
After breakfast, set off to Agra - the city of marbles. On your journey there, you will have the opportunity to visit the renowned Tomb of Emperor Akbar at Sikandra. After arriving in Agra, check into your hotel and take some time to rest. Once you've freshened up, head out to the local market for a spot of shopping - pick up some souvenirs for family and friends! In the evening, visit one of the Seven Wonders of the World: The Taj Mahal. Built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan as an expression of his love for his beloved wife Mumtaz, it is renowned worldwide as a symbol of true love. Watching this beautiful monument at sunset gives you an unforgettable experience; its grandeur looks even more exquisite during that special hour. Have dinner at one of Agra's finest Mughal restaurants before retiring back to your hotel room for the night.
After having breakfast, you will explore the 16th century Agra Fort - also known as the “Lal – Qila”. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to a number of exquisite buildings where Shah Jahan spent his last days imprisoned by his son Aurangzeb. You will then visit the tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah, an architectural marvel often referred to as 'Baby Taj Mahal' due to its Minars (towers) similar to those found at the Taj Mahal. Afterwards, you'll make your way towards Jaipur - The Pink City - stopping off en route at Fatehpur Sikri; a city founded in the 16th century by Mughal emperor Akbar. Upon reaching Jaipur, check into your hotel and enjoy some free time exploring local markets before dinner and retiring for the night at your hotel.
Jaipur, the capital of India's Rajasthan state, is renowned for its iconic pink buildings and royal heritage. Start your day with an elephant ride at Amber Fort, one of the city's most famous monuments. After lunch, explore some other attractions like City Palace – a grand palace complex in Jaipur, Albert Hall & Museum to learn more about local history and culture, Hawa Mahal - a high screen wall built so that women from the royal family could observe street festivals without being seen from outside.
