Visit Mehrangarh Fort, which was built upon advice from a hermit overlooking blue houses in the city; it contains several palaces added by successive rulers as well as Canon Rampart. Continue your journey with Jaswant Thada – an impressive white marble cenotaph honoring Maharaja Jaswant Singh-II that preserves genealogy records along with life-size portraits. In the early afternoon, explore Mandore Gardens set atop a plateau surrounding the ruins of the ancient Marwar capital. Admire its pillared 'Hall Of Heroes' and 'Shrine Of The 300 Million Gods'. Return to Old City via Sojati Gate leading you into Sadar Bazar adorned with an ornate clock tower. Spend overnight at the hotel.
